Mental Health Reviews
A mental health review is a conversation between you and a member of our team which focusses on any concerns you might have about your mental health or wellbeing, and how we can best support you.
This could be by providing advice, short-term interventions, or onward referrals (e.g. for talking therapies).
You only have to talk about what you are comfortable talking about, but if you would like some examples of what might be covered see the NHS website.
Please note that GP surgeries are not able to provide specialist or long term support for mental health conditions - we may need to refer you to other services in the NHS if our team is not best placed to help you.
