Online Services &
The NHS App
Patient online services allow you to book an appointment, order a repeat prescription, and view your medical records online using your computer, tablet or smartphone.
Accurx Triage is our online consultation platform that you can use to request an appointment, and ask for administrative support from the surgery (e.g. request a fit note or repeat prescription).
If you would like an appointment you'll be asked a few questions about your condition, which will then be sent to the practice where a member of our team will decide on the best next step to help you.
You can complete an Accurx Triage request here.
The NHS App provides a simple and secure way for you to access a range of NHS services from your phone or tablet.
For example, you can:
- Order repeat prescriptions
- Request a fit note
- View your health record
- Use NHS 111 online for instant advice or medical help
Online proxy access allows you to help another person manage their GP health and care. You can do all the same things as a proxy as you can with your own online services (e.g. ordering repeat prescriptions, booking appointments).
Proxy access is often used by:
- Parents or carers of young children
- Carers of adults
- Anyone who helps to manage someone else's health and care
If you want to set-up proxy access, please get in touch with us.
